Experience Profile – Hardware Engineers
Hardware Engineers will have strong skills and experience in VLSI design, verification and test methodologies and flow-control in a multi-vendor tool environment, for both front-end, and back-end including:

• Proficiency in Verilog / VHDL or other HDL tools
• Simulation and Synthesis methodologys
• >EDA Tools Expertise: ModelTech, Synopsys, Cadence, for front-end /back-end or both
• Logic Design for at least 2 different FPGA architectures
• ASIC Design - Gate Array/Cell based

  In addition, must have domain knowledge / experience in one or more of the following:

• Networking and Communication
• Peripheral design
• Avionics, Medical and other Electronic Products/Systems
• Bus Interfaces like PCI, USB, Firewire
• Board Level Design and Layout including mother-boards
• Analog / Mixed-Signal Designs

Experience Profile – Software Engineers
Software Engineers will have very strong skills and experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Unix / Windows / DOS / RTOS internals
• Operating Systems fundamentals, Device Drivers, RTOS
• Language System fundamentals: Compiler, Linker, Assembler, Loader, Debugger, Simulator
• lex, yacc, scripting tools, Perl
• Java, C++, C, OOD under UNIX flavors, Windows NT, Windows95

In addition, must have domain knowledge / experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Networking and Communication
• CAD/EDA Tools development
• GUI development on X, Windows, Mac, tcl/tk
• PC product development
• Embedded SW development, Real Time OS
• DSP systems design & development

Typical experience will include large (>100k lines of code), complex data structure projects, debugging, systems/scripts/source-control/testing tools including coverage and quality assurance; in full-cycle design and development in disciplined team environments.
